Feature Update: Global Communication Threshold
Control and moderate the frequency of communication to customers
In the campaign module, now you can set up a communication threshold. For instance, if you choose to send a communication using an app which is used by different departments, you can set a threshold on how many SMSs and emails are to be sent out in a month for different audiences. This helps in avoiding a communication overload. If more than the threshold is sent, then they are blocked to avoid brand dissonance. This sets into next month’s cadence.
Rules can be configured on a monthly and daily basis, targeting the sender ID. This can be independently set up by the marketing team or users assigned within the FirstHive platform.
