About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure, Network & M365 Security Engineer to manage and secure our IT environment. This role includes handling firewalls, network infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and supporting end-user systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management:
– Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
– Ensure system availability, performance, and scalability
– Handle patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management
Network & Firewall Management:
– Configure and manage firewalls (Sophos,)
– Implement firewall policies, NAT, VPNs
– Monitor network traffic and respond to incidents
– Conduct firewall audits and rule optimization
Microsoft 365 (M365) Administration:
– Manage M365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
– Administer Azure AD / Entra ID
– Implement MFA, SSO, Conditional Access
– Configure Microsoft Defender
– Manage email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
– Implement DLP, retention, eDiscovery
– Monitor logs and investigate issues
– Manage devices via Intune
End-User & Laptop Support:
– Install and configure Windows OS
– Troubleshoot software and OS issues
– Perform laptop health checks
– Ensure endpoint security compliance
– Support users with system access
Security & Compliance:
– Implement security best practices
– Support SOC 2 / ISO 27001 audits
– Conduct vulnerability assessments
Monitoring & Incident Management:
– Set up monitoring and alerts
– Troubleshoot outages and incidents
– Work with SIEM tools
Documentation:
– Maintain documentation and SOPs
Required Skills:
– Firewall experience (Sophos/Palo Alto/Fortinet/Cisco)
– Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
– M365 administration
