Enhancement in Automation Analytics

FirstHive has enhanced its Automation Analytics dashboard thereby enriching the experience of users using the Campaign Automation module.

Users can now see the detailed report of customers who got converted in the user journey plus can also view details of users who didn’t convert in the journey.

Case Study - Global Beauty Company

A global leader in the beauty segment with products spanning cosmetic, skin, fragrance, and hair brands were facing certain challenges that were unique to their industry. Their professional series of hair products were sold primarily through salon partners where they spent a good budget on training the stylists on their offerings and were running a consumer sampling program to drive sales. However, all these spends were expensed out and there was no trial to consumption data that was flowing back, due to which the brand was not able to showcase a clear ROI on the spends.

FirstHive successfully enabled the brand to understand the consumption patterns of the customer from trial to purchase, and the data was used to model effective individual customer journeys with the brand, to drive sales and engagement.

FirstHive wins Hoya Vision Deployment

We are happy to state that Hoya Corporation, a Japanese company manufacturing optical products has chosen FirstHive to deploy a Customer Data Platform for enhancing Retailer engagement.

Here, Hoya aims at leveraging the Loyalty Module of FirstHive to engage with their retailers, track their purchase behavior, incentivize them with reward points to drive loyalty and brand compliance.
