    George Roukas is a senior executive with in-depth experience in product management, technology and competitive strategy. Prior to co-founding Hudson Crossing in 2007, George was formerly Group Vice President of Product Management for Travelport, where he led the strategy, development and management for all products facing Galileo’s North American agency partners. Prior to Travelport, George held the role of Vice President of Product Management and Strategy for Cendant Travel Distribution Services’ Supplier Services group. Prior to that, George worked through PhoCusWright as a consultant to several well-known travel companies, primarily in the area of web site usability for e-commerce.

    Aditya Bhamidipaty
    Founder & CEO, FirstHive

    Aditya Bhamidipaty is the founder and CEO of FirstHive, a global Customer Data Platform. He has been a serial technology entrepreneur solving problems for marketers. His stewardship has helped FirstHive to be among the first few to imbibe machine learning into customer data profiling, delivering 6X ROI to some of the world’s largest brands on their marketing initiatives. Aditya started his career with Procter and Gamble (P&G), where he played a pivotal role in turning around a loss making region into a profitable one in a record time, which then became the highest growth area for P&G. From there he moved on to join iGate, global technology and consulting solutions provider in London. He was responsible for the UK and Western Europe region, before moving back to India for his first start-up gig. He was the co-founder & CEO of Emart Solutions which grew to being one of India’s leading loyalty & engagement companies. He exited Emart in 2015 to work on a new product – FirstHive.

    Ranjith is passionate about working with enterprises to craft creative technology solutions to business problems. Over the last 22 years, played a wide range of roles across software development, consulting, pre-sales, and relationship management. He has successfully orchestrated solution-led selling for enterprises in the Travel, Transportation and Hospitality space working with leading airlines, hotel brands, vacation rentals, car rental companies and travel technology companies. Over the last decade, he has been instrumental in crafting digital-led offerings, evangelizing them and engaging with customers to deliver these offerings.
