Naveen is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in building eco-systems, categories and products. Starting his career in Apparel Retail, and his focus of launching global retail brands in India across Lighting(GE Lighting) , Apparel (Levis’) Mobile(BPL Mobile), Laptops(ThinkPad), Naveen works closely with customers and innovations in the Retail. In his current role in the AWS Startup Business Development, Asia Pacific & Japan organization, he works closely with Startups and Customers in Retail as their Growth Partner in the Asia Pacific & Japan region and across the world. Naveen is passionate about ideas, products and businesses. Enriching experiences at Microsoft, Oracle and Sun Microsystems and being a partner to Startups, and digital transformation for customers is what defines him.
Vishnu Bhavaraju, Chief Growth Officer, FirstHive
At FirstHive, Vishnu is the Chief Growth Officer and is responsible for driving revenue growth and company success via customer acquisition & activation, sales optimization, customer retention and referral in the funnel. Vishnu Bhavaraju brings with him an experience of 21+ years across various consulting and sales leadership roles. Prior to joining FirstHive, Vishnu served as ‘Director-Industry Solutions’ at Microsoft India Private Limited. During the course of his career Vishnu worked with MNCs such as Oracle, EMC and TCS. Vishnu holds Masters in Computer Applications from Andhra University and an Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore.
Sujit Sanyal, Director – Sales, FirstHive
A marketing and communications professional with nearly 3 decades of varied experience, across leading Advertising Agencies, Corporates as well as Technology-led companies, Sujit is currently handling Sales for FirstHive, a leading Customer Data Platform company. His past stints have included Agencies such as Wunderman Thompson (formerly JWT), Lowe Lintas and Ogilvy and Corporates such as Wipro and Tata Teleservices.  Sujit has also worked across a wide range of categories, including Telecom (Idea, Vodafone & Tata Indicom), FMCG (Godrej Consumer Products, J&J, Himalaya, Marico, Heinz, Zydus Cadilla – Sugarfree & Wipro consumer), Petroleum Products (HPCL, Reliance Petroleum), Finance (DSP Merrill Lynch) and Real Estate (Shapoorji Pallonji).
