How to link your Social channel to FirstHive?

1. Login to your FirstHive account
2. Click on Campaigns >> Manage Social Channels
3. Click on the Social Network icon that your brand is active on
4. Enter channel credentials

How to tag Social post?

1. Login to your FirstHive account
2. Click on Data >> Manage Social Tags
3. Click on the edit tag for the preferred channel. Then add tags. You can add tags for historic posts as well
